Have you noticed that the packaging inside is wet? This is because we conduct a thorough running test with clean water before leaving the factory. As a result, there may be a minimal residue of water, but this will not affect the performance of the product.

Are you wondering if there is a limit to the altitude of the place where you can use the water heater? We do not recommend using it above 2000 feet.

Do you want to know if this product has freeze protection? Yes, it does. When the temperature falls below 44°F, make sure to keep the water heater connected to power to activate the frost protection system. If you are not using it for a while, remember to drain the water from the heater.

Is there anything specific you need to prepare separately for installing the water heater? The only part that needs to be installed together is a valve kit with a 150PSI pressure relief valve (the vent pipe and valve kit are not included with the product). Other parts can be selected based on your individual situation.
